Dear Valued Customer,

 

We appreciate the opportunity to have photographed you and hope you enjoy your photo gallery! To ensure the best possible experience through your gallery, below are some important things to note and our terms of service.

 

PRINT ORDERS

Should you place an order through your gallery, we thank you SO much! It means the world to us that you value your photo session!

Your print product order should arrive within 2 weeks AFTER production. Please allow between 2 - 5 weeks for your print order to be delivered. Especially during peak seasons, please be advised that your order may take longer to be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Please contact us immediately at hello@archandco.us should you have any issues with the delivery of your order. A full refund is only accepted if the product is approved by ARCH & Co Productions as damaged upon arrival or if your order was not properly fulfilled. By placing your order, you are accepting these terms.
